What we often call "self" is only the surface —
a fleeting identity shaped by memory, culture, and thought.
Beyond the noise of personality, desire, and fear,
there is a deeper center: the true Self.
Ramana Maharshi called it the silent witness —
unchanging, ever-present, beyond birth and death.
“The Self is not born, nor does it ever die... It is eternal, primeval.”, says Krishna.
To orbit the Self is to revolve around this inner sun
Just close enough to feel its pull, its peace, its presence.
This state is both a yearning and a return.
A cosmic dance of soul and source.
And like a planet drawn by gravity,
we, too, are slowly realigned —
until at last, the orbit collapses into union.
