In February, I took part in this powerful challenge that inspires thousands of 3D artists worldwide: the Chasm’s Call, by @pwnisher. Despite the tight timing, I embraced the process and managed to submit a semi-final version right under the wire. It was my first time joining a 3D challenge — a mix of excitement, rush, and valuable lessons. In the last few days I decided to rescue this work with a clear mind and bring it to its final form.
I created the alien characters in DAZ 3D, built the environment, the animation and everything else in Blender, added the VFX and finished the post-production in After Effects.
